Internal Sales Representitive

NeoTreks is a geospatial software development firm specializing in mobile apps, geospatial data management, and cartographic design.

We are looking for a ground-level associate to join our Demand Generation team. We are pursuing inquisitive, articulate, & highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a startup environment.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role will be to research & cold call prospects to introduce them to our company via scheduled introductory phone meetings. 

Training, materials, and coaching will be provided; and if successful, this employee is expected to be provided considerable opportunities for advancement in the future.

This role is offered as a contract-to-hire basis. The contract phase will be 90 days. Upon successful completion of the contract phase, an offer of full-time employment will be made. The Demand Generation compensation package includes a base salary as well as monthly commission opportunities. Job Requirements

  • Research ideal job titles / job function within target prospect account.
  • Call 40 prospects per day.
  • Schedule meetings with ideal target prospects each week.
  • Log all activity in CRM
    • Log every call made
    • Log every meeting scheduled


Ideal Candidate

  • Little to no sales experience (recent college grad is ideal)
  • Articulate, curious, engaging
  • Core office competencies
    • Email Grammar & Syntax
    • Internet / Application acumen


Contract Phase

  • The candidate will be hired on a 90 day contract period, with an offer of FTE upon successful completion of the contrast phase
  • Contractor pay is $20 per hour as invoiced by the contractor
  • Contractor is eligible for a $1,000 per month bonus, contingent upon achieving agreed upon metrics and offer of FTE
    • Bonus is delayed until hired as FTE
