Road-Aware

Road-Aware Safety Systems LLC is developing the Road-Aware system to provide alerts to drivers related to the roadway ahead. The Road-Aware system is a look-ahead system that provides recommended safe speeds (RSS) that are specific to the capabilities of the truck, the load being carried and the geometry of the road ahead. Road-Aware is a form of machine intelligence that allows the truck to provide audible and visual alerts to its operator just as they are required to enable safe operation of the truck.
